THE COMPANY:
My client are a Building and refurbishment business based in Essex who provide the following works to clients across London and the home counties:
- Mechanical Installations
- Building Refurbishment
- Groundworks
- M&E Maintenance
- Gas plumbing/Pipework
THE ROLE – MOBILE CARPENTER / MULTI TRADER
40 Hour working week 8 till 17.00
M25 Orbital coverage with the occasional overnight stay should the project be out of the home counties
They ideally want a highly skilled carpenter who is comfortable mainly working on refurbishment projects within restaurants , commercial office and retail units.
- Carpet Tiles ( replacing & fitting)
- Painting and decorating
- Changing locks
- Fitting basin and All carpentry duties
- Brick work ( putting up small walls within a team )
- General Build
They currently employ 8 fabric/carpenters and they tend to work as a team on projects.
TO APPLY YOU MUST BE :
- Skilled to City & Guilds/NVQ level in carpentry OR General NVQ in engineering
- Happy to be multi skilled and comfortable carrying out the duties above
- Willing to work away from home from time to time, Project permitting.
