A new role has become available for a senior contract support to oversee a team of 4 in the smooth running of a very high end blue chip client portfolio throughout London and the South, consisting of 33 commercial sites.

  • Provide FM solutions to commercial, residential, retail and blue chips clients

  • Overseeing a team of 4 administrators/contract supports
  • Based from *** Office, however  you will be expected to attend site meetings alongside the contracts manager often within London and home counties.
  • Main point of contact for all client queries, from inception to completion dealing with all requests and queries presented.
  • Organising and instructing the engineers, assigning the workload to ensure the workforce is used in the most efficient manner.
  • Generation and analysis of statistical reports for monthly figures and providing back up information for KPI failures and agreed dispensations.
  • Overall responsibility for the management of the CAFM ( MAXIMO) system. Estimating work and processing the orders upon approval.
  • Creating site specific RAMS and also applying for access permits where required. Invoicing all jobs regularly to ensure regular incoming cashflow.
  • Dealing with finances coming in and expenditure going out, liaising with customers and property managers in regards to aged debt, creating both corporate and private invoices, managing queries in regard to payments due and payments taken, creating credits and sending weekly and monthly account statements.
  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Review and authorise reports before they are sent to the client.
  • Assist with the advertisement for and recruitment of new members of staff, both office-based and engineers.
  • Train new members of office staff. Organising training and maintaining training records for existing and new engineers and office staff.
  • Dealing with confidential information and data regarding members of staff and confidential company issues.

  • Proven experience of manging a team with a senior contract support role.
  • Experience using MAXIMO
  • Ability to liaise  with clients in a professional manner

  • £37/40K Per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
  • 22 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays
