THE COMPANY

My client are a Leading Building Services Company who are based in Surrey.

They look after Commercial Gas, Domestic Gas, Electrical Maintenance, Commercial Plumbing and general fabric works to their portfolio of clients which include: Care Homes, Schools and Commercial Housing, so communal boiler rooms within flats (all commercial kit). Other contracts include BUPA, Travel Lodge, Royal Mail.
 

THE JOB – Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hour weeks
• 8am – 5pm

 
My client are seeking a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

You will be working on a Mobile Basis Covering London & The Home Counties.

Working on their whole portfolio of contracts including: Care Homes, Schools. Other contracts include BUPA, Travel Lodge, Royal Mail.
 

Carrying out Small Installation, Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to Electrical kit, to include:

• Emergency light testing
• UPS
• Managing BMS
• Filters
• Pumps
• Motors
• Fuse board
• General M AND E

SALARY & PACKAGE

• £36,000 - £40,000
• Travel paid after engineer gives 30 mins ew
• 25 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays
• Call out 1 in 6 (after probation) – coming back to me on standby
• Limited Overtime Available
