My client are a dynamic, driven Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, known for delivering building services solutions to Commercial, Residential and Refurbishment sector.
Based out of their London office, they deliver building services solutions to the Central London (& home counties) Commercial fit-out, residential, new build and refurbishment sectors.
As a business, they turnover around £60m and have around 125 employed staff on their books.
SALARY & PACKAGE
- Up to £75,000 (Depending on Experience)

MUST HAVES
- HNC or equivalent.
- SMSTS or IOSH.
- Current Supervisor or Manager CSCS Card.
- 18TH Edition
- 2391
- IT Skills, a good working knowledge of: o Microsoft Word. o Microsoft Excel. o Microsoft Outlook.
- Project Management Software i.e., Microsoft Project, Asta.
- You will have a proven track record of successfully carrying out a similar role
THE JOB – Electrical Project Manager
Monday – Friday / 07.30 – 17.30 (1 Hour Break)
They are seeking a Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
You will be Managing the Electrical Installation of Projects within a mix of Commercial fit-out, residential, new build and refurbishment sectors within London & The Home Counties.
Project Values range between £5mil - £25mil.
The Project manager is expected to maintain the company’s standard of work in all duties, especially to manage our clients’ expectations so as to create a positive perception.
You will have overall responsibility for the successful project delivery.
