Electrical Supervisor Position - Full Time - Permanent

We are looking for an Electrical QS to join our electrical division. The role will be to report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for supervising the site supervisors and sub-contractors on existing and new projects.

As our next Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
 

• Being the main point of contact between the Project Manager and the site supervisors and electricians
• Carrying out Risk Assessment of all electricians, toolbox talks and ensure that this information is shared with the project manager
• Verifying all electricians' inspection & testing results whether electronically or on paper in a timely manner to prevent Invoicing delays ensuring that due care and attention is maintained when verifying these results, to prevent any potential claims against the company.
• Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving, and decision making, Build and maintain a relationship with clients and Liaise with clients from time to time, Be committed to delivering high quality results to customers and colleague, Plan your week/day to your best of your ability to ensure efficiency both for yourself and the engineers under your management
• Supervising full refurbs of Kitchens & Bathrooms within Social Housing.
• EICR Reports
• Communal Lighting Works (within estates)
• Looking after teams of engineers ranging from 1 – 10.
• Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• City & Guilds 18th Edition
• JIB Gold Card or ECS Card
• Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent
• Experience of fault finding and Test and Inspecting others work
• Ideally previous domestic, maintenance / social housing experience

• £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
