Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Sunderland – 38K

I am currently representing an excellent building services company who have an exciting new opportunity for an electrical bias maintenance engineer to work on a static site within Sunderland.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a static service engineer (electrical bias) carrying out day to day PPM maintenance and breakdowns of commercial  Electrical and Mechanical building services. Core responsibility will be on the electrical works both PPM and reactive to lighting, UPS Systems/Emergency Light Testing, fire alarms etc . Additional responsibilities will vary including HVAC maintenance, Plant Room maintenance, AHU’S, Pumps, Pressurisation Unit works, utilities checks & service, FCU etc.

The ideal candidate holding their 18th edition, city and guilds level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations, with 2391, 2394/2395 also being an added bonus.

You will be working as a team of X2 on site working on a weekly rotating shift pattern which would be:

• 8 – 4.30 (half hour for lunch)
• 9 – 5.30 (half hour for lunch)

There is a pool van on site which is used for deliveries and parts etc.
