My Client are a leading Mechanical/HVAC Engineering company who have been established for over 50 years, providing project delivery, service, maintenance and breakdown to their wide range of commercial, hotel and retail portfolio across Central London.

They are seeking a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join the team and work on a mobile basis covering London & The Home Counties.

Hours: Mon – Fri 8-5

Duties to include:

• Carry out handyman repairs
• Carry out reactive repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Carpentry /Tiling
• Plastering
• Plumbing works
• Strip out of partial or complete rooms / buildings and preparations for reinstallation
• Carpentry work including hanging doors, fitting door linings, architraves and skirtings and flooring
• Wall and floor tiling
• Bathroom fitting – plumbing can be completed by others if necessary
• Painting & staining of internal and external surfaces
• Plastering (desirable, but must be able to skim)
• Groundwork, basic repairs and works
• General building work as required to complete the above
