Fire Alarm Small Works Project Manager - Essex - £50,000

 

I am currently representing a well-established fire specialist company, who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to a number of clients across central London. Due to sheer growth they are now seeking a fire alarm project manager to add to the team.

 

Salary package:

• £45,000 - £50,000
• Company Vehicle
• Office Based

• Managing minor projects between 10k – 120k
• Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
• Full financial control of projects
• Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
• Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
• Negotiate contract variations
• Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
• Oversee design of FA installs
• Prepare quotations
• Develop and prepare budgets and take offs
• Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to BAFE standards

• Estimator experience
• Knowledge of current British standards
• Fire detection and other equipment experience
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office
