Fire Sprinkler Estimator – Essex - £42,000


 


I am currently working with a well-established fire suppression company who, due to growth, are seeking a fire sprinkler estimator to join the team.


 


Salary package:

• £35,000 - £42,000
• Travel card/potentially company vehicle (up for discussion)
• 20 days holidays + bank
• Laptop & phone
• Hybrid working

• Submission of fire & Security tenders
• Carrying out fire & Security estimates
• Working for invitations to tender, not bd required and all warm leads from existing clients.
• Ensuring all deadlines are met
• Liaising with clients & contractors
• Variations  & procurement
• Finalise tender bids
• Secure contracts ready for handover to the maintenance team
• Understand and scrutinise sub-contractor quotations
• Understand price points and have out sourced clients for parts
• Be able to use estimation software
• Present bid and no bid proposals to the directors
• Site visits
