THE COMPANY

• Based out of their head office in Kent
• The company has 2 different divisions – Install & Projects / Service & Maintenance
• In the last 4 years they have significantly grown as a business and carry out service, maintenance and breakdowns for their portfolio of clients, which include Theatres in London, Saville’s and more.

 
THE JOB – Foot Mobile M&E Engineer (Mechanical Biased)

Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

The role will be covering London.

2 Days a week, you will be based at the same building. You will receive a realistic workload per day.

• Being the first point of contact for all maintenance issues that arise on site, investigating and solving issues
• Temperature set point adjustments, daily BMS controls
• Weekly testing; fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, cooling tower testing
• Monthly testing; water and emergency light testing, generator testing
• Planned Prevention Maintenance
• Arranging and signing permits for completed contractor works, escorting contractors on/off site during works/out of hours works, providing quotations for contractors
• Re-view and action audits
• Liaising with Facilities/Building Management and clients

 

SALARY & PACKAGE

• £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
• Travel Card (up to 1 – 6)
• Overtime paid at x1.5 / x2
• 20 days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays
• Pension
• Uniform & PPE
