Fire and Security Service Manager – Orpington - £47,000

 

I am currently representing a well-established fire and security company, who look after a number of commercial contracts in and around London. Due to sheer growth, they are now looking for an experienced fire and security service manager to help manage the workload and join the growing team.

 

Salary Package:

• £40,000 - £47,000
• Car allowance
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension scheme

Key responsibilities:

• Day to day management of engineers
• Carrying out appraisals
• Site visits
• Dealing with complaints
• Quotations and remedials
• Scheduling of works
• Client meetings
• Audits
• KPI

 

Essential:

• Complete understanding of fire alarms & security systems
• Experience with managing and organising a service department

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Commercially astute, able to anticipate issues that may affect costs and address them proactively
