Job Description
The Company
My Client are a fast growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.
They deliver services throughout the South of England specialising in the Retail, Commercial and Hospitality and Leisure Sectors.
Through recent success and Contract Wins my client are looking to welcome the right successful candidates to our growing team to ensure delivery of the new secured opportunities.
They now require X 2 van mobile fabric engineers to work across their portfolio of clients throughout London and the home counties.
Experience
- 5 Years experience advantage but not required
- Experience working in the Retail/Commercial environment
- Ability to undertake planned, PPMs and reactive maintenance activities
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (mechanical, electrical, and fabric)
- Carry out visual inspections and ensure compliance with site safety standards
- Respond to ‘in-hours’ callouts as required
- Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports
- Previous experience working within the retail/commercial environment
- Full Driving License
- Willingness to travel within London & South East of England
- Good Health & Safety Awareness
- Basic Salary up to £38/42k depending on experience and based upon a 45-hour week .

- Paid travel time to first job of the day.
- On call rota with paid retainer 1 IN 5 £200 STANDBY
