Senior Commercial Gas Engineer – London £58/64k – APPLY TODAY
My client are a mechanical engineering company who operate within the super prime residential property sector, providing all mechanical/building services solutions to properties that value from £15 million to £500 Million estates within Central London and the home counties.
The Role
They now require a time served commercial gas engineer with 10 years + experience to their team carrying out Installation, Service and fault finding to all commercial gas boilers and ancillary equipment. The right engineer will also need to be happy carrying out general commercial plant room maintenance and plumbing when required.
Engineer attributes :
- The engineer must be presentable and client facing at all times, dealing with high net worth individuals can be tricky at times so the engineer must remain professional.
- Happy working on a mobile basis covering London and the M25 orbital.
- Experience of working within super prime residential previously would be an advantage.
£58 -£64K Basic Salary
Hours : 7.30 to 16.30 Monday to Friday
Company Van & Fuel card ( private use of van fine)
Call out is 1 in 3 £150pw standby and minimum payment of £200 per call out
