My client are seeking a HVAC Engineer with a bias towards chilled water & LTHW fan coils/systems.

They are flexible with the salary for this, so are open to conversations.

Their work is predominantly in Central London and they look after mainly serviced office contracts.

THE COMPANY

My client is a specialist mechanical contractor working within the construction industry who have been established since the early 2000’s. They design, supply, install, service & maintain air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems to commercial buildings within London.  

Based in Hertfordshire they currently employ 30 people across the business and are seeking an HVAC Engineer bias towards chilled water & LTHW fan coils/systems.


THE JOB – HVAC/Chiller Engineer (bias towards chilled water & LTHW fan coils/systems)

Monday – Friday / 9am – 5.30pm / 40 Hour Weeks

You will be working on a mobile basis carrying out servicing, fault finding and repair on this type of system across their portfolio of commercial clients.


Duties in Role

• Servicing, fault finding and repair of chilled water & LTHW fan coils/systems, including the Valves and Actuators within these systems.
• Maintenance, service & breakdown of VRVs, VRFs, Splits, Multi-splits.
• Working with Copper or Steel Water Pipework.

• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2/3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC
• FGAS 2079
• Full Clean Driving License

• £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
