THE COMPANY

• Been operating for 45 years.
• Based out of the HQ in Surrey.
• Company Turnover between £5mil - £6mil (95% of this is Projects, 5% is Service & Maintenance)
• As a business, they specialise within Commercial Office Fit Outs (CAT A & CAT B) and Some Education projects.
• All Projects are in London, Surrey or Kent. 
• Specialise within the AC, Ventilation & Public Health Disciplines.

 
THE JOB – HVAC Project Manager  

Monday – Friday /8am – 4pm

Fast paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects at one time and be able to manage their work load.

Project will be in the range of £10k - £500k.

Teams will be installing: VRVs, VRFs, FCUs, Tea Points, Landlord Central Plant, Ventilation, Toilet refurbishments/Sanitary Ware etc.
 

SALARY & PACKAGE

£50,000 - £70,000
Quarterly Bonus Scheme (Performance Based)
