HVAC Service Manager – High Wycombe – up to 65K – APPLY TODAY

I am currently representing an excellent HVAC Specialist who have an exciting new opportunity for a HVAC Service manager to join their growing team to provide support on a busy retail portfolio. The position has opened due to sheer growth and the client is happy to look at either HVAC senior engineers with technical experience within the HVAC industry looking to take a step up or previous experience in a similar position for a service and maintenance company.

THE COMPANY

My client is an HVAC specialist Company who have been operating since 2013.

Based in Buckinghamshire, they now employ a Team of 13 HVAC Engineers and are looking to bring in an additional service manager to join the team due to growth of an existing and new contracts.

They provide Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to their Busy Retail Portfolio.

THE JOB

Monday – Friday - 40 Hour week – 4 – 5 days a week office based.

Due to sheer growth, they are now looking for an HVAC Service Manager based local or within a reasonable commute of High Wycombe. You will be covering within those area on a mobile basis on a busy retail portfolio.

The candidate would be working as part of the helpdesk team of a facilities management company with a bias towards air conditioning. We are based primarily in the service and maintenance of the retail sector covering contracts for numerous market leading chains and luxury brands.

The candidate would be responsible for managing relations with clients, organising and scheduling jobs, contract negotiations / renewals, managing in house engineers, managing clients portals and much more.

Their engineers carry out Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to Comfort DX AC units. Including VRVs, VRFs, Splits, Multi splits, AHUs.

SALARY & PACKAGE

  • salaries from 50 – 65K depending on experience and level.
