My client are a young, exciting property maintenance company based in Essex who currently employ over 40 engineering staff and 60 staff in total.
They specialise building services within Domestic & Commercial Properties.
Including: Plumbing & Heating, Carpentry, Electrical, Gas, Handyman Work, General Fabric, Tiling, Painting & Decorating, Paving & Brickwork, Drainage, Locksmiths & More.
THE JOB – Junior Operations Manager (Assistant to Operations Director)
Due to an increase in work load, the Operations Director is now seeking an Assistant / Junior Operations Manager to assist him with his day to day duties.
The right candidate will be a hard worker, hungry to learn and have a desire to progress within the business.
You will come from a trades background with a minimum of 2 years experience and must have a solid understanding of Building Fabric along with being familiar being on Building Sites.
You must also have a good understanding of Microsoft excel.
This position is office based, however the job role will include weekly site visits.
Working Hours 8am – 5pm (may vary due to site access)
