THE COMPANY
My client are a Small M&E Contractor who are turning over £3mil this year are based in Brentwood who have been operating for over 3 years.
Currently employ around 40 staff with an office team of 3.
They specialise predominantly within Residential Projects, mix of refurbs & New Builds. All these tend to be based across London & The Home Counties.
Due to growth, they are seeking a Junior M&E Estimator to join their team in Essex.
This role would suit a candidate with experience pricing and generating quotes/ estimates based on technical drawings and specified products within the construction industry both Mechanically and Electrical.
This is an opportunity to work with a company who pride themselves on training and progression from within. The company are always looking for ways of developing their products and services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.

The Role:
Monday – Friday
8am – 5pm (flexible working hours)
- Produce estimates and pricing based on drawings and specified construction products.
- Work closely with the Project Director.
- Manage your own projects from enquiry through to completion- supported by the Project Director
- Experience pricing work within the Construction / Engineering industry
- Looking to work with high end and prestigious building materials - training provided.
SALARY & PACKAGE
£20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
