Lead HVAC Engineer - £45k + Travel - Apply Today

THE COMPANY:

•             3 offices in the UK

•             They have been operating for 35 years as a business family run that have just had new management come in

•             Seen a growth in their contracts and winning some more work

•             Mainly look after offices & hotels within London, Sussex & Reading

•             Do full M&E maintenance and have about 7 engineers on a mobile basis at the moment

THE ROLE:

Their senior AC Engineer who has been with them for 35 years since the company started is retiring in November so need someone in place by then or someone prior to this to do the handovers etc.
We are looking for an experienced engineer/supervisor to replace one of our experienced engineers who is retiring in November, so the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10-15 years experience in air conditioning installation, service especially on Daikin / Mitsubishi VRV/VRF equipment. Chiller experience would be nice but not essential. A good knowledge of Health and safety and the ability to run Mechanical projects. A bonus if the candidate was familiar with general building service skills
Will be providing install, service & fault finding to mainly AC: VRV’s, VRF’s, Splits, Multi’s, AHU’s
