Mobile Fabric / Carpenter Engineer - £17/19Per Hour CIS


 


THE COMPANY:


 


My client are a Building and refurbishment business based in Essex who provide the following works to clients across London and the home counties:


 


•         Mechanical Installations


•         Building Refurbishment


•         Groundworks


•         M&E Maintenance


•         Gas plumbing/Pipework


 


THE ROLE


 


M25 Orbital coverage with the occasional overnight stay should the project be out of the home counties


They ideally want a highly skilled carpenter who is comfortable mainly working on refurbishment projects within restaurants , commercial office and retail units.


 


•         Carpet Tiles ( replacing  & fitting)


•         Painting and decorating


•         Changing locks


•         Fitting basin and All carpentry duties


•         Brick work ( putting up small walls within a team )


•         General Build


 


They currently employ 8 fabric/carpenters and they tend to work as a team on projects. 


 


TO APPLY YOU MUST BE :


 


•         Skilled to City & Guilds/NVQ level in carpentry OR General NVQ in engineering


•         Happy to be multi skilled and comfortable carrying out the duties above


•         Willing to work away from home from time to time, Project permitting.


 


THE PACKAGE :


 


£36k - £38k Basic


Van & Fuel Card


20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays


No travel time


40 Hour working week 8 till 17.00
