Mobile AC Engineer – North East – 41K + Travel
I am currently representing an excellent building services specialist who are on the lookout for a mobile AC Engineer to join their growing team within the North East. You will be operating across the Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham regions looking after blue chip commercial clients providing pre planned maintenance, service and reactive works.
Working across their entire portfolio throughout the north east providing service maintenance and breakdown on:
- VRV’s
- VRF’s
- Splits/Multi splits
- AHU’s
- Fan Coil Units
- Water chillers
40 hours a week working hours 08:00 – 16:30 – 30 mins for lunch with lots of opportunity for overtime.
SALARY AND PACKAGE:
- £39K - £41K Dependant on experience
- Van and fuel card with option for private use
- travel paid after 30 minutes EW
- 22 + BH (after 5 years’ service accumulates up to 25 days)
- Standard pension scheme
- OT – work is local and they have a decent amount – Monday to Sat AM x1.5 Sat PM – Sun x2
- Call out rotas = 1 in 8 weeks £100 Standby Per discipline
