Passive Fire Contracts Supervisor – Redhill - £42,000

 

I am currently representing a well-established passive fire protection company, who look after a number of contracts throughout London and the SE. Due to sheer growth, they are now looking for an experienced passive fire contracts supervisor to help manage the workload and join the growing team.

 

Salary Package:

• £38,000 - £42,000
• Company vehicle
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
• Laptop and phone

• Working closely with Commercial Director
• Meeting new and potential clients to promote the business and secure new work
• Attending pre-start meetings
• Site measurement/surveys to measure and condition check for replacement or repairable fire doors.
• Material and plant procurement and managing suitably qualified labour
• Comply with the company's health and safety policy/procedures.
• Monitor, implement and participate in all performance improvements and ensure these initiatives are implemented in line with best practices and current regulations and legislation.
• Quality control of all installations
• Authorising payments to suppliers & subcontractors.

• Technical knowledge of both fire door and fire stopping suppliers and products on how to install in line with the applicable test standards.
• Experience dealing with Customers and Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Technical knowledge of field of application / test evidence

• Professional when dealing with clients.
• Strong Computer Software Capabilities (Excel, Word, Boris/Digital recording software knowledge is not essential but preferred.)
• The ability to monitor our recording software to assist managers in the day to day running of their jobs
• Ensure processes and procedures and being adhered to or implemented.
