I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of AC Mobile semi static engineer to be operating across 3 campuses at the Queen Mary University in East London.

 

As a company they  are over 150 strong as a group with a mixture of engineers within different disciplines from heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical & General M&E maintenance.

 

You will be a van mobile engineer covering 3 sites in East London on the prestigious QMUL Contract.

 

Site cluster :

 

All sites are within 1 square mile of each other.

1. Queen Mary University Mile End Campus
2. Queen Mary University Charterhouse Square Campus
3. Queen Mary University Whitechapel Campus

 

 

In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites providing service, maintenance and breakdown on the following equipment :

 

· Pumps

· Motors

· AHU’s

· Calorifiers

· Unvented Cylinders

· Expansion Vessels

· Pressurization Units

· Extract/Supply Fans

· Hot & Cold-Water Services

· General Plant Room Maintenance

· Strainers

· Valves/Actuators

· Invertors

· Heat plate exchangers

In return my client is looking to offer:

 

•             £43/45k (depending on experience)

•             Van & Fuel card

•             Call out required  - £100 retainer and 1.5 rate and door to door when called

•             Hours are 8 – 4.30
