Mobile M&E Engineer (Mech/Plumbing Bias) – Surrey & Outskirts S/W M25 – £38k - £39k
I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are currently in needs of a M&E engineer from a plumbing bias to perform servicing, maintenance and breakdown to a commercial portfolio consisting of commercial office space.
THE COMPANY
- HVAC Engineering company based in Surrey.
- 15 + engineers strong
- Clients such as Colleges, Multiple business parks, and multi tenanted commercial.
- Established 20 years ago.
The ideal candidate would be based within a 30 mile radius of their Surrey office and can perform service and maintenance and come from a plumbing background, level 2 NVQ or city and guilds.
Duties to include but not limited too; PPM tasks and some reactive works within commercial office environments:
- Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
- FCUs – (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
- AHUs
- Pumps
- Motors
- Lighting & Emergency Lighting
- Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
- Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs)
- Fabric work ( when needed)
- L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
- To carry out PPM duties to the relevant schedule when covering engineers.
- To make sure all site paperwork is kept up to date and sent to office at required frequency.
- Audits completed and action points highlighted to be resolved by yourself and noted.
- To carry out reactive works when requested within an acceptable timeframe.
- Provide clear and detailed information when quotations are to be provided.
THE PACKAGE
- £35,000 - £39,000 Dependant on exp.
- Van & Fuel Card
- 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
- Call out is optional (if you partake then its 1 in 6 and £100 standby )
- Lots of overtime available
