RGB Network are currently representing an large architectural studio who are looking to recruit a knowledgeable BIM COORDINATOR.

The practice has projects across  architecture, interior design and master planning, specialising in residential, workplace, hotel and retail design sectors. With a team of approx. 160 employees and due to winning a variety of new large scale projects in all sectors, they are looking to expand their current teams with new and exciting talent.


Project Coordination:  

  • Liaising with BIM Coordinators from external design teams to establish BIM execution protocols.
  • Writing, updating and maintaining project BIM Execution Plans and ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinating and or setting up clash detection models. 
  • Providing detailed reports. 
  • Liaising with the project design team, client and consultants to review BIM models.
  • Guiding project teams through the BIM process. 

Project Support: 
  • Setting up BIM  meetings with teams.
  • Troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Requested training as required.
  • Auditing projects to ensure best practice
  • Content creation of complicated content

General BIM support: 
  • Project team mentoring 
  • Management and maintenance of Revit standards  
  • Providing project feedback to the office BIM manager 

Internal Management:  
  • Ensure any changes in procedures and standards are communicated to the project team 
  • Preparing and scheduling training 
  • Providing project feedback to the BIM Manager regarding team projects

  • Salary £36,000 - £38,000 PA (dependent on experience)
