Position: Civil Engineer/Technician
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000, commensurate with experience
Join a dynamic civil and structural engineering consultancy in Leeds, currently expanding their team for civils drainage and highways projects. With a robust workload, they are seeking skilled civil engineers or technicians to bolster their ranks.
Their Leeds office comprises 25 professionals, including technical civil engineers, technicians, graduates, and chartered engineers.
In this role, you'll primarily engage with drainage projects, as a lot of the highways design services are outsourced. Their portfolio boasts prestigious ventures like the Heathrow airport tunnels, alongside diverse projects ranging from residential and commercial to industrial sectors, including maintenance of premier league football stadiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate calculations and detailed drainage and highways drawings
- Adhere to project timelines to ensure client satisfaction
- Share insights and collaborate effectively within the team
- Hold a degree in Civil Engineering or HND
- Pursuing or possess a relevant professional qualification
- Demonstrated experience in delivering various building projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (preferably Civils 3D and Flow, though adaptable to other platforms)
- Possession of a CSCS card is advantageous
- Valid driving license
