Fire Contracts Manager – Loughton - £50,000


 I am currently representing a large size fire & electrical company who have been established for over 30 years. They provide a wide range of Electrical and fire services to their commercial and domestic clients around London & home counties. 


 Salary Package:

• £45,000 - £50,000
• Company Van – Fuel Card
• 40 Hour Working Week
• 20 Days Holiday
• Training & Development
• Office Based

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying Out Surveys, Invoicing, Weekly Reports & Compliant Checks
• Developing Relationships With Existing Clients
• Client Meetings
• Scheduling Of Works
• Managing Multiple Contracts
• Build, Lead, Manage And Develop A Team Of Fire Engineers To Ensure Skills And Knowledge Available Support Our Fire Contracts
• Managing A Team Of Engineers

Essential:

• Complete understanding on Fire Alarm Systems & Smoke Control Systems
• Experience with managing engineers
• Experience with managing contracts
• Understanding of BS5266
• Understanding of BS5839
