BMS Project Manager London - £55,000

 

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMS Project Manager to join our team in London. As a BMS Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex Building Management System (BMS) projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, and healthcare. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of complex BMS projects from design through to commissioning.
  • Coordinate project resources, including engineering and installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Provide technical support to clients and other project team members.
  • Ensure that all work is completed safely and to relevant health and safety regulations and codes of practice.
  • Keep accurate records of project progress, including regular reporting on project status to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
 

Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of BMS systems and associated equipment, with at least 5 years of experience in project management.
  • A relevant engineering qualification, such as a degree or equivalent, in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience managing the delivery of complex BMS projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, commercial, and industrial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and codes of practice.
  • A valid driver's license.
