We are seeking an experienced and organized Fire Door Project Manager to lead our team in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of fire door installation and maintenance projects. The Fire Door Project Manager will play a vital role in coordinating resources, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate project execution, ensuring that fire door installations, inspections, and maintenance activities proceed smoothly and efficiently.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal team members. Maintain open and transparent communication to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and support to complete projects effectively.
- Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and costs throughout the project lifecycle. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all fire door installations and maintenance activities adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain a strong emphasis on safety protocols and practices throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that fire door installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to verify the integrity of work performed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of project details, including documentation of project plans, progress reports, change orders, and client communications. Generate timely and comprehensive project reports for management and clients.
- Problem Solving: Address project-related challenges and issues promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions and solutions to keep projects on track.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the project management process. Propose and implement best practices to enhance overall project delivery.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the construction or building services industry, with a focus on fire door installations.
- In-depth understanding of fire door specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software, tools, and techniques.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and changes.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
