Passive Fire Account Manager – Chigwell - £35,000

As a Passive Fire Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business growth within the passive fire protection sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of passive fire protection projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills.
 

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their passive fire protection needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and project updates, ensuring timely and effective communication at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the passive fire protection market, including targeting potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for penetrating new markets and expanding the company's client base.
• Possess a deep understanding of passive fire protection systems, including fire doors, firestopping, fire-rated walls, and other relevant technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the successful execution of passive fire protection projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all project deliverables are met in accordance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
