Fire & Security Admin / Help Desk Coordinator – City Of London

 

My Client Is A National Building Services Company Who Provide FM & Fire and Security Solutions To A Range Of Commercial, Critical, Retail And Blue Chip Clients.

They Are Now Seeking An Administrator / Help Desk Coordinator To Work Within The Fire & Security Services Department At The Aldgate Office, London.

 

Your Duties Will Be:

  • To Ensure All Documents, Specifications, Tender Returns, Contract Documentation, Variation Folders, Job Costing And Works Associated With Documentation Control  Within Mechanical And Electrical Installation Works Are Compiled And Up To Date
  • Assigning Reactive Jobs And Planned Maintenance Work To Engineers And Sub-Contractors
  • Scheduling Monthly Planned Maintenance Work
  • Allocating And Booking Remedial Work
  • Raising Purchase Orders For Suppliers And Sub-Contractors
  • Ordering Parts, Materials And Stock
  • Maintaining Office Stock And Ordering Supplies
  • Checking And Authorising Invoices
  • Accumulating Costs And Raising Quotations For Remedial Work
  • Following Up On Quotations
  • Reporting On Engineers Findings
  • Producing KPI's And Reporting At Management Meetings
  • Being Responsible For All Helpdesk Telephone/Email Queries
 

Requirements:
  • Effective Written, Verbal And Listening Communication Skills
  • Working Knowledge Of Concept Or Matrix
  • Worked Within The Building Services/FM Industry
  • Client Facing And Presentable
  • Able To Multi Task
 

The Package:
  • £24,000 - £28,000
  • 20 Days Holiday
