Mobile AC/REF Engineer – North London & Herts  - £3k signing on Bonus paid before Xmas AND £3k in January – APPLY TODAY


 


My Client are an AC engineering & Refrigeration  company who are currently seeking a mobile refrigeration  engineer to join their team in November.

We are looking for an AC Fridge engineer to cover north London & Hertfordshire cover 90% of the time.

 

Call out will be 1 in 4 and same terms as all other engineers, these are our only sites in this area so 90% will be at these 2 sites, depending on business needs they may have to work at other sites but this will not be regular.


 


We are offering an additional financial incentive as below for anyone that joins.


 


1.            Any new engineer joining in November will receive a pre-tax bonus payment of £3,000.


2.            The bonus payment will be paid in the December pay prior to Christmas.


3.            The engineer will have to sign an agreement to stay in post for 6 months following commencement on a sliding scale of repayment should they leave prior to 6 months.


4.            A second payment of pre-tax bonus of £3,000 will be made in the last January pay of the New Year following Christmas. Weekly payment


5.            This second payment will also be subject to an agreement to stay for a period of at least 12 months following commencement – again on a sliding scale.


The Role:

• Service & Maintenance refrigeration & AC equipment
• Preventive and reactive maintenance on all equipment.

• Basic salary approx. £40,000 - £45,000 (40 hour week)

• After 45 mins EW travel is paid

• Company van, mobile, tablet, pension and specialist tools provided

• 1 in 4 ( rising to 5 after this hire ) £250 standby  and minimum 4 hours per call.

• F-Gas certificate
• 1-2 years minimum expectance within AC / refrigeration.
• Full Driving licence
