The role
- Ensuring jobs are closed down
- Arranging permits to ensure engineers can gain access to site
- Keeping training records up to date for engineers
- Producing quotations
- Ordering parts
Skills
- Ideally you will have experience working within an engineering company and have a technical understanding of what parts are neededStrong organisational skills
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate – Word, Excel
- The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
- Oral and written communication skills
- A confident telephone manner
Salary & Package
- £27,000 - £30,000
