FABRIC ENGINEER - BERKSHIRE - UP TO 34k
My client are a Building Services Company who have been operating since 1983 and based out of their head office in Kent
The company has 2 different divisions – Install & Projects / Service & Maintenance. In the last 4 years their company turn over has grown from £650k - £3million +
The Company are very laid back, flexible and easy company who put trust in their engineers, and have a very low turnover of staff – the majority of their engineers have been with them for about 8 – 10 years.
Their clientele is effectively 2 National Retailers. They look after over 100 buildings in London & Home counties.
Due to a new contract being won, they are seeking a very experienced maintenance engineer who has solid all round building services knowledge and experience.
The positions will be semi static, with 3 days a week, at a static site in Bracknell, the other 2 working on a mobile basis covering other commercial properties on their books in the Farnborough & Hampshire Area.
The main property itself is a large and prominent, high end residential property in Bracknell, it is heated and cooled by fan coils, supplied by gas boilers and chillers. (The boilers and chillers will be maintained by specialists).
Hours on site 08:00 – 17:00 (1 HOUR LUNCH)
PLUMBING - Vast majority of the works will be repairs on high end “domestic style” bathrooms, maintenance/fault finding of fan coils and associated pipework systems.
FAN COILS - Maintenance of the will be carried out during normal working hours and will be an important part of the engineers role at the property.
ELECTRICALLY - The candidate will be required to undertake general re-lamping, fault finding and general repairs.
They will also need to be competent in and have the ability to undertake minor FABRIC REPAIRS.
