Painter & Decorator - Up to 40K – Surrey

My client is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join their expanding company.

The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. 

They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.

The Painter & Decorator will be performing

• Surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and stripping
• Interior and exterior painting and decorating
• Wallpaper hanging and finishing work
• Applying paint, varnish, and protective coatings
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Following health and safety procedures

It is expected that the Painter & Decorator will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry

Position Requirements

• Live within Surrey, with Surrey and London-based work and be happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
• 5+ years experience
• Full clean driving licence
• Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.
• Work hours will be a mixture of in-hours and out-of-hours. 

Package 

£35k - £40K – depending on exp.

• 40 hour working week
