Contracts Administrator

Job Details

An established building services company operating for over 18 years are seeking a Contracts Administrator to be based at one of their key portfolio properties based in Central London.

As Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and administration of electrical and mechanical engineering  works being carried out on site.

The role

  • Organising reactive/additional/ maintenance and further works calls ensuring the right engineer is sent of the right skill set
  • Access permits access to be raised to ensure engineers can gain access to site
  • Daily monitoring of the WIP Report for all outstanding works
  • Actions items as necessary that are on the completed calls not yet invoiced report
  • Raising quotations off / on contract and uploading internal systems
  • Keeping track of further works for parts that can be ordered
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Organise deliveries of parts that arrive at the office
  • Signing off supplier invoices from finance
  • To liaise with the clients extensively for specific requirements to then ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Ensuring that the SLA’s are met so the works are completed within the set time if possible
  • Managing subcontractor’s administration
  • To update the maintenance paperwork asset descriptions on Tesseract
  • Ensuring all compliance trackers are updated and any asset lists
  • Chasing Contract Managers for quotes to be compiled, or any such task that requires undertaking by them

Salary & Package
  • £23,000 - £26,000
