Multi Trade Electrician £40k

My client are a property services company based in Ealing, who provide refurbishment projects, service and repair to their private residential and commercial contract portfolio within west and central London.

An opportunity is available for multi trade electrician to join the team, to work on refurbishment projects throughout London – carrying out the following duties :

• Fault finding
• Wire testing
• 1^st  and 2^nd fixing
• Wiring and install on domestic properties
• Trunking
• Painting and decorating
• Basic carpentry
• Emergency light testing
• Fault find on electrical systems

Although 80% of the time you will be working on electrical systems, the role requires the employee to help with other trades within the business such as basic carpentry and painting and decorating when required.
