4 sites over 5 days – communal plantrooms for  a property management company.

THE COMPANY


Founded in 1985, my client is a privately owned and independent nationwide supplier of maintenance services.

They work in the following dwellings: offices, commercial properties, retail sites, schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, laboratories, luxury residential units and historic listed buildings.


THE JOB

• Multiskilled M&E Engineer.
• The work is maintenance on residential sites that we maintain for a large managing agent, each and every week for the year
• You will be providing PPM, Reactive and maintenance to a wide variety of electrical and mechanical works including:
• fire alarms & A.O.V. systems
• Emergency lighting
• HVAC units
• Pluming and Servicing Ahu unit service/Repair
• UPS
• Pumps  AND  Motors
• generator testing
• Planned Prevention Maintenance

 
SALARY & PACKAGE


·         £37/38k
·         20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
·         Van & Fuel Card, ford transit connect or similar
·         Call Out 1 In 10.
·         Overtime ample and at 1.5 Saturdays and midweek & Double on Sunday
