A building services company based in Maidstone seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to support the growing property division with the business.

Your primary role will be to manage the administration of M&E engineering works carried out on domestic properties.


Duties include and are not limited to:

  • Answer client queries via email and telephone
  • Updating excel spreadsheets of jobs required for engineers to complete
  • Liaise with engineers on a regular basis
  • Logging invoices upon completion of jobs
  • Updating job sheets on a weekly basis
  • Keeping a clear line of communication with clients and ensuring they’re kept up to date with ongoing works

The person:
  • Ideally you will have facilities administration experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate

Salary & Package
  • £22,000 - £25,000
  • 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension
  • Free on-site parking
