Accounts/ Admin Assistant – Fixed Term 14 Month maternity cover £30k – Beckton, London.
Our client is a as engineering specialist who design , install and maintain commercial heating systems to a wide range of there commercial clients around London the home counties.
A position has become available for a Accounts/Admin Assistant to provide 14 months maternity cover, which could lead to a full time perm position at the end of it. You will be directly employed by my client on a 14 month fixed term contract.
The role is head at there head office in Beckton, London. You will be part of a team ensuring the smooth running of the business.
You must have good working knowledge and experience of Sage Accounts.
• Answering the telephone and directing messages
• Sales and purchase ledger entries
• Bank reconciliation
• Supplier payments
• Preparation of payroll documents
• Reconciling company credit card monthly statement
• Scanning, copying and filling
• Typing of Invoicing and submitting to clients
• Scheduling of appointments
• Completion of PQQ’s and uploading data on to portals
• Downloading contracts and data from industry portals
• Updating of contact lists
• Providing refreshments
• Parking engineers
• Use Microsoft office and Sage accounts
• Excellent attention to detail
• General Administration duties
• Any other duties as deemed appropriate to the position.
£30,000.00 Per Annum
Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
