THE COMPANY

My clients are an M&E Maintenance company based in Cambridgeshire and have been operating for over 30 years.

They deliver M&E building services maintenance to Commercial Offices, healthcare, education, retail (shopping centres), transport and manufacturing sectors throughout the entire UK.
 

Foot Mobile Mechanical Engineer – Zones 1 – 3

Monday – Friday  / 8am – 5pm / 40 hour weeks

You will be working on a Foot Mobile basis carrying out Maintenance & Breakdown works to Mechanical Kit across zones 1 – 3.


Mechanical:

• Maintenance, Service and repair of mechanical equipment (AHU’S, FCUs, Basic Plumbing, Water temp checks, heating systems)
• Pumps & Motors
• Split Systems

• Emergency light test, Fire alarm Testing
• Lighting, Ballasts, UPS, BMS
• 1st and 2nd fix on lighting

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing or Mechanical
• Must have an Electrical qualification (17^th as a minimum)

• Up to £43k
• Zones 1 – 3 Travel Card
