Fire & Security Administrator - £25,000 – North Finchley
We Are Currently Representing A Well-Established Fire & Security Company Who Have Been Running For Over 20 Years. After An Influx Of Growth, They Are Looking For An Experienced Administrator To Join Their Team.
Salary Package:
• £22,000 - £25,000
• 28 Days Holiday Including Bank

Duties:
Your Duties Will Be (But Not Limited To):
• Answering Phones And Dealing With Client Queries.
• Dealing With Emails From Clients And Various Contractors.
• Organising Client Maintenance Visits and Call-outs.
• Dealing With Deliveries, Ordering Office Stationary and Uniforms.
• Invoicing Clients Via Sage System.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• General Admin Duties Such As Filling, Scanning, Shredding Documents.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 Years Administrative Experience
• Excellent Time Management / Ability To Prioritise Tasks
• Professional / Confident Telephone Manner
• Experience With Microsoft Office & Sage
