Static Lead Building Services Engineer – Hampstead Heath £44k – APPLY TODAY

A second-to-none opportunity Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to cover one of the most prestigious properties In Europe based in Hampstead on the Heath.
This is a Permanent position paying a salary of up to £44,000 depending upon personal experience within the industry

Duties of Job Role
Covering a modern & top of the range Mansion House within The City of London.
Engineers are expected to be technically strong with both great fault finding & maintenance abilities as well as a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment
Engineers will be dealing with day to day PPMs, call outs on the following :
• Carrying out compliance and statutory PPMs
• Carrying out daily reactive and emergency callout tasks
• Assisting sub-contractors
- Any experience with swimming pools an advantage but not essential
• Meeting with the client to discuss outstanding issues
• Air Handling Units
• Generators and controls
• Single phase and three phase motors
• UPS system and assisted control system
• Emergency lighting and Fire and life safety systems
PACKAGE :
- £44,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
- 28 Days Holiday plus statutory sick pay and statutory pension.
- Call out Optional.
