M&E Business Development Manager - £55k -£65k -North london 

THE COMPANY 

Our client is a  well-established, reputable Mechanical & Electrical company who specialise in delivering Gas Servicing, Repair and Maintenance , electrical works and fire & security to domestic and commercial properties as well as local councils and the NHS. 

they directly employ over 200  members of staff and are looking for a BDM to join their dynamic, professional team. 


Job role:
To Lead the Bid Team to ensure that all tender/contract opportunities are managed efficiently & innovatively to maximise business growth through contract awards and retention.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To incorporate all collateral, tender submissions, presentations, bid register and bid dashboards
• To work across all departments to develop new revenue proposals alongside contract renewal strategy and pipeline reporting
• Growth strategy to include Marketing and Branding
• To carry out market research and competitive analysis with recommendations
• To produce monthly reports to include narrative and statistics as required
• To produce and present presentations for new business
• Any other duties as reasonably requested

• Previous bid writing experience
• Preferably have worked in the construction industry
• Good Communication Skills
• Good IT Skills

• £55,000 - £65,000 per annum subject to experience plus bonus
