Mobile Building Services Engineer – London – 38 – 42K

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a building services engineer from a mechanical background to join a growing team within London. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients.

PACKAGE:

• 38 – 42K
• Van & fuel card
• 1 in 7 call out – 150 pound standby – 50 pound extra for call and minimum of 4 hours
• Overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays, X2 on Sundays & bank
• all travel over 1 hour per day is paid
• 24 days holiday + bank
• Pension
• Healthcare scheme after qualification period

THE ROLE:

Looking for a mobile Building Service Engineer from a mechanical background to work London + M3/M4 corridor. Work will be carrying out PPM’s, reactive and repair work to the following:

• Pumps / Motors
• AHU’s
• FCU’s
• AC Maintenance
• General M&E Works

They are open to all experiences from either a mechanical or electrical background for the position.
