Commercial Plumber/Wet Workers £40k + excellent package – Richmond/Spelthorne/Wandsworth


 
My client are a large heating company who are currently seeking x 3 commercial plumber/ Wet Workers to join their busy team Covering Wandsworth/Richmond and Spelthorne area.


 

Must have experience in plant rooms & commercial systems on the below :


 

• Write reports documenting any faults and a summary of actions taken Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Isolate and cap radiators/valves when found to be leaking
• Working on HIU’s, MVHR’s Etc.
• Replace/install radiators and ancillary pipework where required
• Replace/install 2 and 3 port control valves and immersions, wiring the controls accordingly
• Replace/install cylinders, thermal stores, tanks and ancillary equipment
• Upgrade/repair heating and hot water services
• Replace/repair pipework, tap stats, isolation valves and mechanical plant where required
• Always deliver the highest level of customer care, exceeding service delivery expectations and delivering ‘The Perfect Repair’
• Complete and maintain site logs (written and electronic)
• Responsive callouts associated with heating / hot water systems, delivering a high level of first time fix

 


Requirements


 

• Must have suitable NVQ plumbing or City and Guilds qualification.
• Must have experience in plant rooms & commercial systems.

 


Package :


 

Salary £40 k + call out (we have a heavy workload in Wandsworth, Richmond, Spelthorne etc)

Paid weekly.

Van provided.

Fuel card provided.

Plant provided.

Van stock provided.

Uniform, mobile phone & tablet provided.

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Compulsory Call out – 1 in 5 +Call our retainer - £450/week.

Call out paid at time & half Mon to Sat & double time Sunday.

Pension – Company contribution 3% - Personal contribution 5%
