Plumber/Multi Trader £35,000.00 West London
My client are a property maintenance company based in Ealing, who provide building maintenance and repair/breakdown services to the West London private housing sector. A position has now become live for a Plumber/Multi trader to join there successful operations.
THE ROLE :
Working on a mobile basis, providing service, maintenance and breakdown solutions to the private housing sector in West London on behalf of estate agencies and private landlords.
You will be carrying out the following works
Diagnosing system faults
Identifying/ cleaning strainers
Changing and servicing of pumps, valves etc.
Venting of heating risers
Radiators
Fixing taps & Leaks
General Carpentry and making good
Basic Electrics
The core role is 80% plumbing and heating work and 20% general property maintenance/carpentry.
In return my client is offering :
£35,000.00 Basic
Monday to Friday 08.00 till 17.00
Van & Fuel Card
No call out rota
20 days holiday
Overtime available
