Reccruitment Resourcer/Trainee - Based in Oval
Are you an ambitious, hard-working, out-going and motivated person that is looking to build a career in sales? If so, have you thought about considering an opportunity within the recruitment industry?
RGB Network is an established recruitment consultancy operating in the built environment. We supply white collar design, engineering and construction professionals to leading companies throughout the UK who are working on large scale and high profile projects including Crossrail and Battersea Power Station redevelopment.
We're currently looking to hire additional recruitment sales staff to our team at trainee level; this could be as either a resourcer/ delivery consultant or junior recruitment consultant depending on your previous sales and recruitment experience.
Initially you’ll be working under one of the company directors or managers. You will benefit from direct support, mentoring and training on a daily basis, whilst also developing your skills via a comprehensive induction programme. This is a great way to build your knowledge and confidence - many successful consultants have started via this route. Your career development targets are clearly defined from junior level up to executive/ director positions. The speed at which you can progress within RGB is totally dependent on how hardworking, dedicated and successful you are.
We also like to put investment back into our staff as a reward. This is not just through the basic salary and commission structure, but a range of incentives and benefits including:
- Quarterly company incentive (day paid for at some top attractions in London!)
- Summer Super incentive (international destination. Over the couple of few years we’ve been to Amsterdam, Valencia and Madrid and are heading to Nice this year.)
- Perkbox employee benefits
- Weekly competitions
- Workplace pension scheme
- Holiday Incentives & Beneficial Pension Schemes
What we’re looking for…
You need to be driven and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. The financial rewards can be great in recruitment, but it only comes with hard-work and drive. Most recruitment sales work is done via the telephone, so you must be prepared to cold call and canvass people you’ve never spoken to before, make business development calls and have a personality that enables you to develop relationships. In addition you will also be required to meet people in person on a regular basis. The role requires individuals who are hungry to succeed in a target driven environment.
You need to be professional and have a desire to provide the best service possible. You must also possess strong communication skills, in both verbal and written English.
Proven administration and IT skills (in particularly MS Word & MS Excel) are required.
We are considering recent graduates and people with previous sales experience, although neither are essential as we also want to hear from individuals who are ambitious and want to succeed in a sales role.
If you feel you would be well suited for the role or would like to find out more, please send me your up to date CV or contact me to discuss.
