Static Electrical Engineer – 38k – Tottenham

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of a static HVAC engineer to join one of their sites within Tottenham. The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance and servicing and join a team of site.

With three offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions and capital projects works throughout the UK.

They mainly work with a wide variety of retail, hotel and leisure and commercial multi tenanted office spaces. The ideal candidate holding their 17th/18th edition, city and guilds level 2 or equivalent in electrical.

They are currently in search of a static resident engineer to join one of their sites based in Tottenham to provide M&E maintenance and servicing to a wide variety of components including:

• Emergency light testing, Generator Testing 
• UPS Systems
• Pumps/Motors
• AHU’s & AC Maintenance

This role is based on a 40 hour week, with the shift pattern being 7-3.30, this also includes no call out as the company has a mobile team to provide coverage for this.

In return my client is willing to offer:

• 38k Basic
